2024年是中法建交60周年暨中法文化旅游年，恰逢奥运会百年之后重回“现代奥林匹克运动的起点”——巴黎。中法两国都有着灿烂的文明，两颗璀璨的明珠，在人类历史的长河中时常交相辉映。“从北京到巴黎——中法艺术家奥林匹克行”中国艺术大展作为一座艺术共赏之桥、中法文化交流之桥、文明互鉴之桥和心灵之桥，将奥林匹克运动的文化精神内涵传播于世界。中国艺术家将通过作品与世界同行进行心与心的对话，让世界看到一个欣欣向荣、自信开放的中国。在中法建交60周年之际，央媒联合众多主流媒体，全平台多方位报道展播，让中国的艺术家和广大艺术爱好者更好地传承展现中国博大精深的璀璨文化。

2024 marks the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France, as well as the year of cultural tourism between China and France. It coincides with the return to Paris, the starting point of the modern Olympic movement, 100 years after the Olympic Games. Both China and France have brilliant civilizations, two shining pearls that often complement each other in the long river of human history. 吴宝玉，笔名吴墨，字轩宇，1948年生，闲洁居主人。现任中国国际画院副院长，文化部诗书画院理事，辽宁省美术家协会会员，中华当代艺术研究会常务理事，一级美术师，中国国际书画研究院画家，齐白石艺术研究会会员。师从中国著名书画家孙鸣邨先生。先后荣获“中国书画百杰”、“中华当代艺术名人”、“国际金奖艺术家”、“中国文艺杰出成就奖”、“中国文艺终身成就艺术家”等荣誉称号。

多次举办个人画展，参加国内外画展并获奖。多幅作品被海内外友人收藏。作品在《人民日报》、《辽宁日报》、《羲之书画报》、《美术大观》等报刊杂志上发表，被收入《当代中国美术家》光盘、《中国花鸟画十大名家》、《中国画坛十大领军人物》、《一代画坛佳作》、《世界当代著名书画家真迹博览大典》、《国际现代书画名家教授大辞典》、《中国艺术人才书画作品展精品集》等三十余部辞书及画册，出版有《吴宝玉花鸟画选辑》、《中国花鸟画家吴宝玉画集》等。

吴宝玉是齐派绘画传承人之一，作品秉承之精髓，取法自然，清新传韵，意中有意，味外有味。作品先阅古人真迹，脱尽前人习气，别创风格，乃前人所不为者。展现中国画独特的审美价值和典型的个人风格。

Wu Baoyu, pen name Wu Mo, courtesy name Xuan Yu, born in 1948, is the owner of Xianjie Residence. Current Vice President of China International Academy of Painting, Director of Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Academy of the Ministry of Culture, Member of Liaoning Artists Association, Executive Director of China Contemporary Art Research Association, First Class Artist, Painter of China International Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, and Member of Qi Baishi Art Research Association. I studied under Mr. Sun Mingcun, a famous Chinese calligrapher and painter. Has won honors such as "Top 100 Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Masters", "Chinese Contemporary Art Celebrity", "International Gold Award Artist", "Outstanding Achievement Award in Chinese Literature and Art", and "Lifetime Achievement Artist in Chinese Literature and Art".

I have held multiple solo art exhibitions, participated in domestic and international art exhibitions, and won awards. Multiple works have been collected by friends at home and abroad. The works have been published in newspapers and magazines such as People's Daily, Liaoning Daily, Xizhi Calligraphy and Painting Newspaper, and Art Grand View. They have been included in more than 30 dictionaries and art books, including the CD of Contemporary Chinese Artists, the Top 10 Famous Masters of Chinese Flower and Bird Painting, the Top 10 Leading Figures in Chinese Painting, the Masterpieces of the First Generation Painting Industry, the Exhibition of Authentic Works of World Contemporary Famous Calligraphers and Painters, the Dictionary of International Modern Calligraphers and Painters, and the Collection of Fine Works of Chinese Artist Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition. The works include Selected Works of Wu Baoyu's Flower and Bird Painting, the Collection of Wu Baoyu's Paintings of Chinese Flower and Bird Painters, and others.

Wu Baoyu is one of the inheritors of Qi style painting, and his works adhere to the essence of nature, conveying freshness and rhyme, with intention in mind and flavor outside of taste. The work should first read the authentic works of the ancients, break free from the habits of the predecessors, and create a unique style, which is something that the predecessors did not do. Showcasing the unique aesthetic value and typical personal style of Chinese painting.
