This seven-bedroom mansion with an area of 12,000 square feet is located in the most prestigious Belgravia district of London. Banda Property has created a multi-dimensional and multi-functional living space here. By means of meticulous material language and craftsmanship, it responds to the history of the site. The project unfolds around the resolute characteristics of military heritage, with deep-sea blue, Burgundy, black and smoke brown tones as the main lines, weaving a spatial temperament that is serene, profound and highly powerful.

The indoor custom cabinets and woodwork are exclusively crafted by the studio, with the details reflecting its ultimate pursuit of sculptural quality and proportion. Metal, leather, stone and other elements interweave in the space. The contrast and rhythm of the materials form a contemporary expression full of tension. This mansion features private customized Spaces such as a cinema, wine cellar, art collection, private study, and luxurious bathrooms, offering a deeply immersive and luxurious experience.

Banda Property has reshaped the interior with a sustainable concept while preserving its original historical texture. Unlike the traditional luxurious display aesthetics, this residence creates a living scene that combines environmental awareness and daily warmth for the owner with natural materials, warm colors and restrained postures.

Every detail of the design reflects the residents' commitment to an ecological and ethical lifestyle: the interior extensively uses eco-friendly building materials, such as recycled terracotta bricks, bathrooms made of natural Mortex, and cork gym floors, all demonstrating the practice of ecological responsibility. The misty texture and soft light and shadow brought by limewash lime paint make the space present a contemporary temperament that is calm and clear. The original Victorian-style decorative moldings and room layout have been carefully preserved, creating a tension of juxtaposed history and modernity.

In terms of spatial furnishings, Banda Property constructs the spirit of the space with carefully selected artistic furniture and retro designs: retro chairs, Hydra chandeliers, soft alcamel wool benches...
